1. Introduction
Welcome to Roti O Sandton. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our online ordering platform and the purchase of any products from us. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Ordering
All orders placed through our platform are subject to availability and confirmation. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation containing your order number and collection details. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Weight-based products are priced per kilogram and calculated based on the exact weight ordered. Quantity-based products are priced per unit.
4. Collection
Orders must be collected on the specified collection date and time at our Sandton premises. If you are unable to collect at the agreed time, please contact us beforehand. We are not responsible for products not collected within the agreed collection window.
5. Payment
Payment is due at the time of collection, unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, EFT, and card payments. Bank transfer details are provided on your invoice. Orders will only be released once payment has been received in full.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before they are marked as "In Preparation". Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. Refunds will only be issued in cases where the product is found to be defective or does not match your order.
7. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations may occur. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements before placing your order.
8. Privacy
We collect and store the personal information you provide (name, email, phone number) solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do not share your information with third parties.
9. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
